Attorney William S. Kreisher

WILLIAM S. KREISHER, ESQ.

Attorney William S. Kreisher has over forty years of experience as a general practitioner. He is the third generation in his family to practice in Columbia County and the founding partner of the Law Offices of Kreisher & Gregorowicz. Bill is a graduate of Dickinson College and Dickinson School of Law. He served as a U.S. Army officer in Vietnam and is a former District Attorney.

Bill is listed in Who's Who, is a member of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association (twice past president), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the PA Trial Lawyer's Association. He is also a member of the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club (past president) and Bloomsburg Town Council.

He resides in Bloomsburg with his wife, Donna. Bill's practice emphasis is on accident cases, property law, estate planning and administration and domestic relations.

Attorney Michael P. Gregorowicz

MICHAEL P. GREGOROWICZ, ESQ.

Attorney Michael P. Gregorowicz is a lifetime resident of Catawissa and has been with the firm since 1979. He is a graduate of Dickinson College and Pace University Law School in White Plains, New York. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Columbia County and serves as solicitor for several local townships and authorities.

Mike is a member of the Columbia/Montour County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Bar Association. He serves as scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troup 67 and is a member of the Columbia/Montour Boy Scout Council. He resides in Catawissa with his wife, Edna.

Mike's practice emphasizes: real property transfers, business law, municipal law, bankruptcy, worker's compensation, social security disability law, probate and administration, and family law.

Attorney Marianne E. Kreisher

MARIANNE E. KREISHER, ESQ., CELA

Marianne E. Kreisher is the fourth generation in her family to practice in Columbia County. She is one of two certified elder law attorneys in Columbia and Montour counties. Marianne received her certification in 2011 from the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is a Partner in the firm, where she specializes in the areas of elder law (including Medicaid and asset protection), estate planning and administration, guardianship, special needs planning and estate litigation.

Marianne earned her B.A. from Penn State University in 1993, where she was a member of the 1990-91 Lady Lion Gymnastics Team. She graduated cum laude from Widener Law School in Harrisburg in 1996. While in law school, Marianne was an Internal Editor of the Widener Journal of Public Law and a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

Following law school, Marianne worked in the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office for eight years as a deputy attorney general handling criminal appeals, grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions. While in the Attorney General's Office, she was involved in several murder trials, as well as child abuse and insurance fraud cases. Marianne handled appeals in the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts, the Middle and Eastern Federal District Courts of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.

Marianne is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Columbia/Montour County Bar Association and serves on the Council of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Marianne has served as an adjunct professor at Central Penn College, is Past-President of the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club, is a Director on the Bloomsburg Area School Board and Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School, and is the President of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association and President of the Bloomsburg Area School Directors. She resides in Bloomsburg with husband, Corey Getty, and their six children.

Attorney Marissa B. Marshall

MARISSA B. MARSHALL, ESQ., CELA

Certified Elder Law Attorney Marissa B. Marshall grew up in Elkhart, Indiana. Marissa is one of two certified elder law attorneys in Columbia and Montour counties. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and later obtained her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University - Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI.

Following law school, Marissa moved to Columbia County, PA where she has been practicing law since 2009. Marissa has practiced in many areas of the law but is concentrating her practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning and Asset Protection.

Marissa is a member of the Pennsylvania Elder Law Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Columbia-Montour Bar Association and is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is also active in her community and donates her time to the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club, Columbia Montour Family Health and volunteers annually at a charity golf tournament that benefits Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc. She resides in Orangeville with her husband, Matt, and dog, Charlie.
