William S. Kreisher
Bill Attorney Kreisher has thirty years of experience as a general practitioner. The third generation in his family to practice in Columbia County, he is a graduate of Dickinson College and Dickinson Law School. He served as a U.S. Army officer in Vietnam and is a former District Attorney. Listed in Who's Who, he is a member of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association (twice past president), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the PA Trial Lawyer's Association. His practice emphasis is on accident cases, property law, estate planning and domestic relations.
Michael Gregorowicz
Mike Attorney Gregorowicz is a lifetime resident of Catawissa and has been with the firm since 1979. He is a graduate of Dickinson College and Pace University Law School in Westchester, New York. He is a former Assistant District Attorney and serves as solicitor for several local agencies. He is a member of the Columbia/Montour County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. His practice emphasis is on business law, zoning and development, bankruptcy, worker's compensation, social security disability and estate planning.
Daniel Lynn
Dan Attorney Lynn is a Berwick native who now lives in Bloomsburg. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, magna cum laude, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude. He also served for six years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a member of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. His practice emphasis is on criminal defense, divorce, child custody and civil cases.

 

Marianne Kreisher Fogelsanger
Attorney Fogelsanger is the fourth generation in her family to practice in Columbia County. With over twelve years experience, she served as a Deputy Attorney General handling criminal grand jury investigations, criminal trials and appeals in the state and federal courts. She graduated from Penn State University and Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, cum laude. She is a member of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Her practice emphasis is on criminal defense, domestic relations and elder law, including medicaid planning and asset protection.

 

 

 

John H. Flick
 

Attorney Flick was born and raised in Bloomsburg and worked for his family, known for operating Flick Brothers Electric.  He graduated from Bloomsburg University and Cleveland-Marshall School of Law. He has been practicing in Columbia County since 1980, where he has served as Solicitor for the Columbia County Children and Youth. He is currently a Solicitor for The Columbia-Montour Area Agency on Aging.  His practice emphasis is real estate and estates.
