Biography

Richard "Ricky" Klingerman is a first-generation attorney born and raised in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Ricky focuses his practice on family law, estate planning, elder law, social security disability, and real estate.

Ricky earned his B.A. from Dickinson College in 2018 majoring in political science and minoring in religion. He was a member of the varsity football program for four years. Ricky also was a part of the Dickinson College Football Leadership Council, Big Brother, Big Sister mentorship program, Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and Team IMPACT during his tenure at Dickinson.

After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Ricky earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021 where he was a member of the Military and Government Law Association, the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic, and the 3L representative for the Entertainment and Sports Law Society (EASL).

Prior to joining KMA, Ricky was a practicing attorney in Baltimore, Maryland focusing on personal injury law. His prior firm primarily focused on automobile accidents and slip and falls. He represented clients through both the pre-litigation and litigation sides of his firm's practice.

In his free time, Ricky enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with his fiancée Leah, and their dog, Brooks.
