Marianne E. Kreisher, Esq., CELA, NCG

Attorney Kreisher is a Partner at Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC in Bloomsburg, where she practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, special needs planning and estate litigation. She earned her B.A. from Penn State University in 1993 and graduated cum laude from Widener Law School in Harrisburg in 1996. Following law school, Marianne worked in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office for eight years as a deputy attorney general handling criminal appeals, grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions. She is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and a national certified guardian (NCG). Marianne is also a Title Agent for our abstract company, Market Street Abstract Company. Marianne is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and serves on the Council of the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ms. Kreisher has served as adjunct professor at Central Penn College and is a regular presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute continuing education programs. She was a contributing author to Elder Law in Pennsylvania, Ch. 11 – Medical Assistance Marriage Issues (5th ed., PBI Press 2019).  Ms. Kreisher currently serves as the President of the Bloomsburg Area School Board and is the Past-President of the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club and Columbia/Montour County Bar Association.  Marianne resides in Bloomsburg with her husband Corey and their six children Leah, Claudia, Lindsey, Lydia, Jake and Lillian.  In her free time away from the office, Marianne enjoys boating, travelling and attending high school sporting events.

 Marissa B. Marshall, Esq., CELA

Attorney Marshall is a Partner at Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC in Bloomsburg.  Ms. Marshall specializes in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, special needs planning and estate litigation. Ms. Marshall is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  A native of Indiana, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and later obtained her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. Ms. Marshall is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Columbia-Montour Bar Association and is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ms. Marshall is a regular presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute continuing education programs and was a contributing author to Elder Law in Pennsylvania, Ch. 11 – Medical Assistance Marriage Issues (5th ed., PBI Press 2019).  She is also active in her community and donates her time to the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club and volunteers annually at a charity golf tournament organized by her husband and the Knights of Columbus of Berwick that benefits Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc.  Marissa resides in Orangeville with her husband Matt, their daughters Isabel and Zoey.  In her free time away from the office, Marissa enjoys obstacle course racing, distance runs, travelling and cooking.

Michael P. Gregorowicz, Esq.

Attorney Gregorowicz is a lifetime resident of Catawissa and has been with the firm since 1979. Mike is also an owner in the Catawissa Bottling Company.  He is a graduate of Dickinson College and Pace University Law School in Westchester, New York. He is a former Assistant District Attorney and serves as solicitor for several local agencies. He is a member of the Columbia/Montour County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. His practice emphasis is on business law, bankruptcy, worker’s compensation, social security disability and estate planning.  Mike resides in Catawissa with his wife, Edna and they have three children.  In his time away from the office, Mike enjoys being a troop leader for Boy Scout Troop 67 where he spends a lot of time at Camp Lavigne and hiking.  Mike also enjoys spending time with his grandson Christopher and is an avid foodie and his very own oyster rating system.

William S. Kreisher, Esq., Of Counsel

Attorney Bill Kreisher has thirty years of experience as a general practitioner.  Bill is the third generation in his family to practice law in Columbia County.  Bill is a graduate of Dickinson College and Dickinson Law School. He served as a U.S. Army officer in Vietnam and is a former District Attorney.  Bill is honored to have been listed in “Who’s Who,” is a member of the Columbia/Montour Bar Association (twice past president), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the PA Trial Lawyer’s Association.  In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, shooting pool, skiing and playing the piano.

Elaine Spicher, Elder Care Coordinator, Certified Medicaid Planner

Elaine joined the Kreisher Marshall and Associates, LLC team in February of 2019.  Elaine assists clients and their families with care coordination in an effort to keep your loved one in the least restrictive environment throughout their care continuum.  Elaine brings over 20 years of experience working with the senior population through various healthcare settings.  Elaine is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Elaine earned her Accredited Case Management Certification in 2012.  She also has extensive training and experience working with individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and co-facilitates a monthly Alzheimer’s Support Group.  Elaine is also a member of the Bloomsburg Walk to End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee and Memory Walk Team Captain.  Outside of work, Elaine is a member of the Central Columbia School District Board of Directors and the Central Columbia Educational Foundation.  She just celebrated 25 years of marriage with her husband, Matt and they have three children:  Alex, Nick and Lauren and a yellow Lab, Bella.  When Elaine is not in the office, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends.

Karrie Sarisky, Elder Care Coordinator, Certified Medicaid Planner

Karrie joined the KMA team in February 2020 right before the COVID-19 Pandemic hit. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her. Karrie works tirelessly to maintain the best qualify of life and care for our Guardian clients. Karrie moved to Bloomsburg from the Greater Philadelphia Area to attend Bloomsburg University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has over 17 years of experience working with the senior populations. She started out working at the Aging office as a Caseworker and then a Protective Services Worker. Protecting our senior population is one of Karrie’s passions. Karrie and her husband, Justin, live in Bloomsburg with their two sons, Jansen and Landen. In Karrie’s free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, cheerleading at her sons’ sporting events, hiking and beach time.

 Kristine Santiso, MSW, LSW, CCM, ACM-SW, NCG, Elder Care Coordinator

Kristine Santiso is a licensed social worker who brings with her 23 years of experience. Originally from Cranberry Twp, PA, she now resides in Ridgway, PA with her family. Kristine earned her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her MSW from Penn West Edinboro. Currently she works full time as a Critical Care Social Worker for the Penn Highlands Healthcare system and serves as a part-time adjunct instructor for Northern Pennsylvania Regional College. Kristine holds her certification in case management through the Commission for Case Manager Certification, she is an accredited case manager in social work through the American Case Management Association and is a national certified guardian through the Center for Guardianship Certification. Kristine currently sits on the National Guardianship Association Board of Directors and is also the chair for the newly formed Pennsylvania Guardianship Network. In her free time, Kristine enjoys reading, walking, and binge watching whatever series has caught her eye.

Rhonda Young, Probate & Estate Paralegal
Rhonda is KMA’s lead paralegal for probate and estates and assists clients throughout the probate process.  Rhonda also assists Attorney William Kreisher and has been with the firm for over 30 years. A lifelong resident of Lightstreet, she is a graduate of Central High School. She earned her paralegal degree from Penn State University in 2001. Rhonda and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, Tessa and Allison, and four granddaughters, Willow, Ava, Breya and Hayden. In her free time away from the office, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and attending figure 8 races where she watches her husband and her daughter, Allison, compete.

Sarah Hornberger, Probate & Estate Assistant
Sarah is a legal assistant who primarily assists the attorneys and the Probate & Estate Paralegal with estates.  Sarah also assists Attorney William Kreisher.  Sarah was born and raised in Bloomsburg and graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2017.  Sarah is the friendly face client’s see when they first enter the office.  During her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, and reading.

Staci Hornberger, Public Benefits Coordinator, Certified Medicaid Planner

Staci is the public benefit coordinator for Attorney Marianne Kreisher and Attorney Marissa Marshall. She has been with the firm since January 2016 and assists Attorney Kreisher and Attorney Marshall will preparing and filing applications for public benefits. Staci is a Certified Medicaid Planner. Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Staci moved to Bloomsburg after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Resort Recreation Management and Tourism from Slippery Rock University. Staci currently resides in the Buckhorn area with her husband and two children. In her free time away from the office, Staci enjoys hiking, reading and drinking coffee.

Brandi Roberts, Public Benefits Coordinator

Brandi joined the KMA team in August 2021 after 16 years at Geisinger both inpatient and outpatient.  She is a Public Benefits Coordinator for KMA, assisting with the preparation and submission of Medicaid applications. Originally from Hughesville, PA, Brandi now resides outside of Millville with her son, Chase, 15 and daughter, Kinzley, 12 and their mini goldendoodle, Ginger. When not in the office, Brandi is active in the Millville Athletic Association.  She is also cheering on Chase and/or Kinzley at basketball, soccer, baseball, or softball, depending on season.

Erin Sitler, Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Erin is the Estate Planning Legal Assistant that assists all the attorneys in the office with preparation of estate planning documents.  Erin was born and raised in Bloomsburg and graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 2002. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med Biology from the University of Pittsburgh. After spending the following few years in Arkansas, Erin returned to the area and worked in both research and patient care at Geisinger before joining our team. In her time away from the office, she enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her awesome son.

Denise Sasinowski, Estate Planning & Guardianship Legal Assistant

Denise is a legal assistant and primarily assists the attorneys with Guardianship matters.  She graduated from Mahanoy Area High School in 1996 and attended McCann School of Business and Technology where she earned a Legal Secretary Associate Degree and a Specialized Business Associate Degree.  Denise resides in the Bloomsburg area with my husband, Nick and has a beautiful and “sassy” 7 year old daughter, Emily.  Denise is proud to call the Bloomsburg area her home but does enjoy a vacation now and then to the Caribbean.  Denise is very family-oriented and gets great joy from spending time with her family, especially Emily, and enjoys taking Emily out and about in her free time.

Diane Geromi, Title Assistant

Diane is a Title Agent Assistant for Market Street Abstract, the real estate division of Kreisher Marshall and Associates, LLC. She assists clients with buying and selling, refinancing, title searches and title insurance for residential and commercial real estate. Diane joined our firm in November of 2021, after a career in property management. Diane grew up in Allentown and is a 2003 graduate from Salisbury High School. Diane and her husband Craig reside in Bloomsburg with their son, Croce, 2 dogs and 1 cat. In her free time, she enjoys playing outside with her son, catching up on TV shows, spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach, and new-found interest in gardening.

Paula Potter, Title Assistant

Paula is a Title Agent Assistant for Market Street Abstract, the real estate division of Kreisher Marshall and Associates, LLC. She assists clients with buying and selling, refinancing, title searches and title insurance for residential and commercial real estate. Paula joined our firm in April of 2022, after a long career in the insurance industry. Paula is an active member within our community. She is a licensed insurance agent, and a PA Notary. Paula was born and raised in Bloomsburg and is a 1999 Graduate of Bloomsburg Area High School. Paula and her husband Ryan reside in Bloomsburg and have 2 children, Ben and Rylee. In her free time, Paula enjoys, baking, reading, and watching crime shows.

Donna Kreisher, Office Assistant

Donna performs various office duties at Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC including: accounts receivable, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. She is the wife of Attorney William Kreisher and the mother of Attorney Marianne Kreisher. Donna is a graduate of Central Columbia School District and Bloomsburg University and is a former school teacher. Donna resides in Bloomsburg with her husband, Bill, and their dogs, Sophie and Sandy. In her free time, Donna enjoys reading, spending time with her family and travelling.

Carly Smakulski, Receptionist

Carly is originally from Bloomsburg and graduated from Bloomsburg High School in 2014. She then went to Shippensburg University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Science and Business Administration in Marketing and a Certificate in Graphic Design. Soon after graduating, Carly moved to NYC where she worked doing fundraising and sales for large non-profit organizations. This eventually lead her to relocating with that team to Toronto, Canada where she spent time raising money for organizations like Amnesty International and Save the Children before returning home to Bloomsburg in 2020. In her free time away from the office, Carly enjoys crocheting, checking out local breweries and wineries, and spending time with family.
